• To send service notifications (OTP, campaign updates, lead alerts).
• To keep the platform secure (fraud prevention, rate limiting, audit logs).

What we never do

• We never sell your data or your leads to anyone.
• Your leads are visible only to your account and our authorised operations staff.

Data retention & your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us. We retain payment and invoice records as required by Indian tax law.
